About Me

I’ve spent my career inside the work of facilitating, designing, developing, implementing, and leading learning across technical, sales, customer service, and leadership domains. That depth matters. Not every problem is a training problem and I know how to tell the difference.

I bring an end-to-end L&D perspective that connects talent strategy to execution and drives measurable performance all while leveraging AI to remove friction so people can show up, contribute, and perform at a higher level.

I do my best work in environments ready to rethink how learning drives performance, not repeat what’s always been done, while building on what’s already working.
