I’ve spent my career at the intersection of learning, talent, performance, and organizational change by assessing, designing and leading solutions across technical, sales, customer service, leadership, and enterprise transformation environments.
That range matters. Not every performance problem is a training problem, and I know how to tell the difference.
I bring an end-to-end L&D and performance consulting perspective that connects strategy to execution, aligns learning with business outcomes, and uses AI thoughtfully to remove friction, improve access to support, and help people perform where the work actually happens.
